I'd even champion much lower voting ages. One person, one vote, no? Also, cap the age of politicians to 55. It shouldn't be the old that won't be around, defining what the world of the young will be, look like. IMHO.

No. In person voting only with photo ID by American citizens. Age 18 minimum but 21 is better. After all, you have to be 21 to legally buy alcohol and that is not nearly as important as voting.

Yes. These are the states that already have all-mail voting: California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.
